We found Rick after having a terrible experience at a project builder. Once he showed us the design for our skinny block we literally fell in love. And now after living in the house we love the amount of natural light each room gets, we adore the simple flow of the house and he managed to fit a butler's pantry into the design. Not only did he listen to everything we requested, he designed a house that perfectly fits our lifestyle and without any delays! You will not be disappointed. We cannot thank Rick enough.

We chose Rick to design our home last year and I have to say he has gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with his design and services. Building our first home was something we did not want to rush, or feel pressured into doing. I engaged the services of Modern Day Concepts in 2018 to assist with a single story renovation. My vision was to keep the character of my original space but create a more modern living area with plenty of natural light and a place to entertain. Rick was honest, professional, reliable and best of all, always available. At all times during the design and renovation process I was able to speak to Rick to express my thoughts and feelings. Rick submitted all plans to my local council and helped me understand what was required in simple, easy to understand language. I had entered into my renovation process with reservations, and thanks to Rick and his team, left beyond satisfied.
