We found Rick after having a terrible experience at a project builder. Once he showed us the design for our skinny block we literally fell in love. And now after living in the house we love the amount of natural light each room gets, we adore the simple flow of the house and he managed to fit a butler's pantry into the design. I engaged the services of Modern Day Concepts in 2018 to assist with a single story renovation.
